What if my item arrives damaged in shipping?

We do everything possible to ensure your purchase arrives in pristine condition. All items are shipped with a tracking number and insurance to cover the sales price of the item.
If there is an accident involved during the shipping process, we will do everything possible to work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the insurance claim. Please keep the original packaging and damaged item until the claim process is resolved and carrier notifies you of handling. You have the choice of 7th & Grace replacing the item (using comparable item) or working directly with the shipping company to obtain a refund of your purchase through that company’s claims process.

Return/Refund Options

We are committed to providing the highest customer service. Because of the customized nature of our products, they cannot be returned. Please rest assured that we will work with you to resolve any issues that arise with your purchase. Please refer to our Refund/Return page for additional instructions on returns.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

In accordance with state laws, sales tax is only charged to customers that are in Florida. Orders shipping to all other states will not be charged sales tax.

What should I do if my order won't go through?

Please double check that your billing address and credit card information is entered correctly. If possible, please try a different card to see if that will work. If your order still does not go through, please email us (and provide any error messages you get/if applicable) so that we can help you get your order placed.

Shipping Time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies as each order is custom made. For details, see individual shipping information below:
Estimated shipping times within the United States is 3-5 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service.

Do you ship Internationally?

NO! We only ship to the United States at this time.

Where is my tracking number?

A tracking number is generated once we print your shipping label, which happens the same day the gift ships. You will receive an email notification letting you know your gift has shipped and the tracking number will be provided. If you have not received a tracking email, please check your spam folder. If you still need assistance locating, shoot us an email at info@7thandgrace.com and we are more than happy to assist.

My package was marked delivered, but I didn't receive it!

We always recommend shipping to a secure, attended location. Unfortunately, this scenario is completely out of our hands and we cannot assist in recovering your package, but we've found that the following tips almost always recover a missing package. Check with neighbors and around your house to see if it was left in an unusual location. Check with your local post office to be sure it isn't being held for pick up. You can also request the GPS coordinates for the delivery to be sure it was delivered to the correct location. File a claim with the post office. We are more than happy to provide any information they need on our end as well. In the rare situation that the post office is not able to locate your package, it is unfortunately beyond our control. Packages that are marked delivered but not received can be attributed to any number of things, including being stolen or lost. We are not able to refund or replace lost or stolen packages.

How do I use my gift cards/certificate?
